South Jamesport Sailboat/Canoe/Kayak 

• There are 24 boat rack spaces located on the beach at South Jamesport Beach- Town Beach Road Jamesport.
• The Hull storage rental agreement is for the period of May 15 - October 15 of each year.
• Rental rate for the 2025 season is $150.00 per slip. 
• Leaseholders must be Town of Riverhead Residents or Taxpayers.
• Limit one storage spot per person, per year. Limit of two storage spots per household.
• Current Leaseholders will be contacted in January of the following year and given until March 31 to decide if returning. 
• Applicants will be placed on the waitlist and contacted in receiving order when slips open up.
