Battle of the Towns Fitness Challenge 
Join us again as we shoot to reclaim our Battle of the Towns fitness title!  We're going up against the Town of Smithtown and Village of Patchogue so let's show them what Riverhead is made of! Utilizing the Kilter platform we will participate in fitness-related activities and earn points towards our Team Riverhead total. As a fun yet charitable event, a portion of the registration fee will be given to the Church of the Harvest Food Pantry. Register today for our March 21st start date.

Game on L.I. Video Game Truck
Game On Long Island brings the newest, most exciting mobile video game theater right here to Riverhead! Their brand new, HUGE 32-foot gaming theater features seven awesome gaming stations. Five inside and two more outside.  With stadium-style tiered seating, higher ceilings, full climate control, laser, and neon lighting, and more! You and your friends are in for it you've never gamed like this!

February Break Camp
Enjoy your February break playing active games, working on STEAM experiments, art projects, relaxing with a pajama/movie day, and more! All of our camps are peanut/tree nut-free, masks are strongly encouraged. Please send your child with morning and afternoon snacks, lunch, and a camp/beach chair.

Fees: Entire week $250.00, Individual Days $65.00 per day.
St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun Fun Run 
Registration is open for our next fun run! Sign up while free t-shirts are still available. Refreshments will be served after the run thanks to Duffy's Deli. Feel free to dress festively.  Parking at Miamogue is available, but limited. Consider parking at the GYCC and taking a warm-up walk down to the starting line, or asking family to drop you at the starting line. First place winners in youth and adult divisions go home with a special trophy!

Iron Woman  - A fast-paced fun aerobic and weight training class for all levels. High-intensity, high-impact, and low-impact will be demonstrated by our personal trainer Cherie Paveglio to get your summer body ready. To receive maximum benefit, three classes are available per week, though you may choose to only participate in one of the classes. Assorted weights, bands, and an exercise mat are used in class. The best part is it's all from the comfort of your own home over the Zoom online platform!

 Zumba - Come ready to dance, sweat, and leave the day's stresses on the dance floor! Zumba classes burn calories and can boost your mood. All you need are sneakers, a towel, and water. Can't wait to see you there!

Lifetime Learning
American Safety and Health Institute CPR & AED Course - This is a certifying 3-hour course designed for non-medical personnel, such as personal trainers, teachers, construction workers, babysitters, and others who need a CPR certification for their job. The course helps prepare individuals to recognize and respond to sudden cardiac arrest and choking incidents in adults, children, and infants. The use of the AED is thoroughly covered. Participants in the course will receive a course reference book and a 2-year certification card. There is no written evaluation for the certification, but a hands-on skills evaluation is required. You can sign up for any one of our three offered sessions.

Sports Leagues
Pickleball - Join us for our first Spring Ladder League at the newly renovated South Jamesport Beach Courts. Division A is open to players with a USAPA skill rating of 3.0+
Skill ratings can be found here. Each week RSVP by Thursday that you will be attending league play by responding to the email invite, which will be sent out on Monday of that week. We will be using Trackithub to record scores and standings. Please confirm your email address upon registration.

Art with Miss Amber - Miss Amber has a new season of fun and creative art projects for you! Come channel your inner artist, and have fun with friends old and new!

Sew Much Fun! -This is an introductory course in the world of sewing. Children will learn the basics of hand sewing. They will be guided along and will work at their own pace to complete their own sewing project. Children will bring home and keep their completed project and have the choice of making either a heart-shaped or classic emoji stuffy.

 Mini- Scientists Session 1 - Join Miss Amber for some educational fun with new experiments and projects. This hands-on class keeps students engaged in the different fields of scientific exploration.

 Intermediate Inventors - This class is geared towards imagining, planning, engineering, and creating. If you like gadgets. physics, figuring out how things work, and making new things you won't want to miss out on this class.

Tae Kwon Do
 Tiny Tigers - Tiny Tigers is an introductory Tae Kwon Do class for children 5 to 6 years old. Students will learn 3 types of focus to improve behavior and enhance learning. Past Tiny Tiger participants have seen improvement in motor skill development, positive behavioral changes, listening skills development, following directions, increased courtesy towards others, and improved self-confidence. This program is only available to new customers of Expert Martial Arts. 
Ages: 5 years - 6 years at the time of first class.

Traditional Tae Kwon Do - This juniors program concentrates on discipline, respect, confidence, control, and focus to improve academic performance, self-esteem, and to become outstanding citizens. Students will learn the Tae Kwon Do curriculum, self-defense, self-awareness, and life skills. Past participants of this program have been said to have seen improved coordination, athletic abilities, improved grades, and more confidence in themselves. This program is only available to new students of Expert Martial Arts. 
Ages: 7 years - 12  years at the time of first class.

Gymnation programs
Intro to Youth Warrior Obstacle- An introductory class in obstacle course training. The obstacle course is designed to increase balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination; it includes age-appropriate gymnastics skill cushions. This offering is for new students only and at a beginner level. Temperature checks and masks in the lobby are both required.

Ping Pong
Ping Pong w/Coach Ken 6 -9 years session - This program is open play and all skill levels are welcome. Table Tennis is great for hand-eye coordination, brain activity, burning calories, and expanding your social circle. Singles, doubles, practice matches are all offered. All equipment provided.
