5K and 15K RUN/WALK Join the club and participate in our first members only trail event! 5k out and back proceeding south to a turnaround just past the Line Road gates and back to the start. WALKING COUCH TO 5K Walking is the best exercise for weight loss and good health. Need help getting started? Walk with us at the newly completed Veterans Memorial Park Recreational Trail. All levels welcome, including strollers! We start with the basics. We start from where you are now. Your pace, your distance. You will be individually coached ad supported.
