CREDIT/REFUND REQUEST

Registrants may be eligible for a department credit, provided they complete the request form below. If a credit request is approved, it will be posted to the registrant's household account. All credits attributed to an account will expire 12/31 of the year issued. Credit requests must be submitted at least five days prior to the start of the program. In the event that the Recreation Department cancels a program or event, registrants may be eligible for a full refund or a department credit.
