  • There are 12 boat rack spaces located on the beach at South Jamesport Beach- Town Beach Road Jamesport.
  • The Hull storage rental agreement is for the period of May 15 - October 15 of each year.
  • Rental rate for the 2024 inaugural season is $150.00 per slip.
  • Leaseholders must be Town of Riverhead Residents or Taxpayers.
  • Limit one storage spot per person, per year. Limit of two storage spots per household.
